Responsibilities
- Create complex, realistic tasks to push frontier AI agents to their limits.
- Design detailed versions with objective scoring, then create ambiguous versions to train the agent to succeed with less hand‑holding.
- Write clear, structured prompts and refine model responses in production.
- Complete qualification step and onboarding, familiarize with the guidelines interface and work with the quality team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Accounting, or closely aligned areas.
- Minimum 3 years of professional industry experience in accounting (audit, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, management accounting).
- Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects an advantage.
- Chartered accountancy qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAEW is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US GAAP standards.
- Ability to write clearly and professionally and explain complex tasks in simple, structured language.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills from multiple sources.
- Creativity in designing realistic, engaging examples based on domain knowledge.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) in professional settings.
- Access to a laptop, stable internet connection, and sufficient availability to engage with project tasks.
- Motivation to work with challenging, complex, but well-defined guidelines and learn new methods.
