Ready to make a real impact in healthcare? Mindray UK is currently looking to hire a Patient Monitoring Specialist to closely support the growth of our Patient Monitoring business. You will work closely with the Sales Team and ensure that they have the sales tools and product understanding to successfully sell Mindray’s range of patient monitoring devices.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales Team to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring.
- Present and demonstrate key products as determined by the business area objectives.
- Arrange, manage and implement product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.
- Responsible for product information flow between Europe, HQ and the UK.
- Deliver successful product launches – ensuring all milestones are delivered before going to market.
- Establish strong relationships with targeted customer base.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Assist marketing in designing programs to introduce and promote new products and services that Mindray intends to bring to the market.
- Analyze programs on a regular basis and suggest ways to improve their efficacy and overall success.
- Support tender responses ensuring accuracy and effective solution proposal.
- Support pre-sales demonstrations.
- Interpret data and reports on market conditions and communicate information on market and competition to the marketing team.
- Keep technical and market knowledge up to date.
- Participate on Congress (national and regional).
- Follow internal rules and communicate with all departments within Mindray.
- Responsible for product management of VS9 + Mwear.
- Responsible for PA’s, Pricing, Training Sales team (National), Tender submission + NHSSC Framework.
- Responsible to support Northern team for full PM portfolio- Pre Sales (including N & V series).
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience in a similar role with a commercial organization in this clinical sector.
- Ideally with a clinical background in ITU and or Theatre.
- Clinical specialist with an understanding of sales.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic and able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to plan and implement activity designed to meet objectives with minimal supervision.
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
