We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Manager to support and advance Mindray's digital ecosystem across Europe. This role combines technical expertise, product stewardship, and strategic insight covering cloud infrastructure, digital platforms, and SaaS market intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening the performance, security, and innovation of our medical imaging solutions, with a strong focus on Mico+ and regional digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Management (Mico+ & AWS)
    • Manage the Mico+ platform as regional product owner, including evaluation, updates, access control, and feature rollout.
    • Oversee AWS environments supporting Mico+, ensuring stability, performance, and uptime.
    • Implement advanced AWS capabilities that enhance digital workflows in collaboration with the Innovation team.
  • Digital Presence & Web Administration
    • Maintain and optimize the EU Ultrasound regional website.
    • Coordinate with Marketing and R&D to deploy digital tools and localized content.
    • Ensure compliance with EU data-privacy, cybersecurity, and cookie-management requirements.
  • SaaS Market Intelligence
    • Assess competitor SaaS diagnostic workstations (e.g., Philips IntelliSpace, GE ViewPoint).
    • Provide gap analyses and technical insights that inform strategic planning.
    • Track emerging trends in AI-driven and cloud-native imaging solutions.
  • Compliance & Data Governance
    • Ensure GDPR compliance across cloud-based imaging data workflows.
    • Conduct security audits and support overall risk-management activities.

Your Profile

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or digital solution management within MedTech.
    • Hands-on AWS experience; certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/RIS integration.
    • Proficiency in CMS management, web security, and SEO.
    • Understanding of SaaS vs. on-premise architecture.
  • Soft Skills
    • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear insights.
    • Professional English proficiency; an additional European language is an advantage.
