As we continue to expand our European footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Clinical Application & Education Manager (PMLS) to drive our clinical education strategy across Europe.

What You Will Lead
- Build best-in-class education programmes: Design clinical and product training including eLearning modules, videos, tutorials, and competency frameworks.
- Drive digital learning experiences: Lead online training sessions, webinars, and events.
- Own our European learning ecosystem: Manage the LMS platform and European 'Train-the-Trainer' programmes.
- Lead a network of experts: Coordinate and inspire a European community of trainers and Clinical Application Specialists.
- Represent Mindray internationally: Deliver workshops and support major congresses.
- Localization of global training programmes for European market requirements.
- Face-to-face training programme design and delivery including workshops and educational sessions.
What You Bring
- Experience in clinical education (as a Clinical Trainer, Training Manager, Clinical Educator), medical device training, or instructional design.
- Passion for digital learning and modern educational delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across European markets.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40-50%).
- Able to work in any of the listed locations without the requirement of company sponsorship.
