Be at the forefront of Women’s Health innovation in Europe. Mindray is one of the fastest‑growing global med‑tech companies, and we are now seeking a high‑calibre OBG Clinical Expert to join us as OBG Ultrasound Academic Manager for Europe. This is a hands‑on, clinically focused role, ideal for an experienced OBG sonographer who wants to move beyond routine scanning and play a strategic, visible role across the European market — influencing product development, supporting major tenders, and working closely with leading clinicians.

The role:

As the OBG Ultrasound Academic Manager, you will act as a clinical authority and trusted expert across Europe, supporting our Women’s Health Ultrasound portfolio. Your focus will be clinical demonstrations, advanced applications support, and close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — rather than pure research.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑level OBG ultrasound clinical demonstrations for major customers, tenders, and reference sites
  • Providing expert clinical support and training to in‑country Clinical Application Specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with European OBG KOLs and key reference hospitals
  • Supporting case collection, evaluations, and clinical feedback on advanced features and image quality
  • Acting as a clinical bridge between customers and R&D, feeding market needs and clinical insights into product development
  • Representing Mindray at key clinical meetings, workshops, and customer engagements
  • Working closely with European and global stakeholders within an international team

About you:

This role is essentially clinical. You must be a credible OBG expert who is highly comfortable discussing advanced ultrasound applications with senior clinicians.

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified OBG Sonographer with strong hands‑on clinical experience
  • Deep expertise in OBG Ultrasound, including advanced imaging and applications
  • Based in the UK with full right to work (no sponsorship required)
  • Confident working with senior clinicians and KOLs
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across Europe
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Highly desirable:

  • Experience working with European customers or KOLs
  • Background with leading ultrasound vendors
  • Previous involvement in clinical training, demonstrations, or applications support
  • Commercial awareness and experience working alongside sales teams

Why join Mindray?

  • A true European role with high visibility and influence
  • The opportunity to shape clinical strategy and future ultrasound innovation
  • Strong autonomy and ownership, with a “seat at the table”
  • Competitive salary, excellent benefits, and strong work–life balance
  • A collaborative, international, and inclusive culture
  • Long‑term career development opportunities within a fast‑growing global organisation

Please submit your CV in English.
