This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Clinical Applications professional – or a high‑calibre ODP or qualified Nurse ready to make the move into industry.

About the role

You’ll be the clinical expert and trusted partner to our customers, supporting the full journey of Mindray’s high‑acuity patient monitoring portfolio – from demonstrations and clinical evaluations through to installation, training and post‑sales support. Working closely with Sales and Field Service colleagues, you’ll help clinicians get the very best from our technology in ICU, theatre and high‑dependency environments across Scotland. The role covers the whole country, with a particular focus on Edinburgh and Inverness.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the clinical product specialist for Mindray’s PMLS portfolio
  • Supporting pre‑ and post‑sales activity alongside Sales and Service colleagues
  • Building trusted relationships with clinicians and key decision‑makers

  • Feeding back market, clinical and competitor insights to internal teams
  • Continually developing your clinical, technical and product knowledge

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
  • Strong experience in ICU / high‑acuity clinical environments
  • Background in patient monitoring
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable training individuals and groups
  • Organised, autonomous and happy to travel (up to ~70%)
  • Previous clinical applications experience in industry is highly desirable – but not essential for strong hospital candidates

Mindray is a fast‑growing, globally recognised medical technology company, combining innovation, quality and real clinical impact.
