- Provide product, marketing, and clinical support to customers, as well as to sales and marketing managers, during in-services, pre-sales activities, evaluations, follow-up visits, and troubleshooting efforts related to the MIS product line.

Qualifications
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist, RVT, or CVT from an accredited veterinary education institution is required.
A DVM or Veterinary Ultrasound qualification is highly desirable.
Candidates with other specialized clinical training combined with 2–3 years of hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 5–10 years of active clinical experience in veterinary specialty areas, with direct use of equipment such as ultrasound systems or DR systems.
- Prior experience in educating veterinary technicians or DVMs on medical equipment, ideally through structured staff development or preceptorship programs, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for conducting customer training.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, engineering teams, surgeons, hospital administrators, veterinary technicians, and procurement professionals.
- Technically proficient with a strong clinical understanding of the application of medical devices in a range of clinical settings.
