Proactively pursue and secure direct sales with strategic key accounts such as group hospitals, referral centers, high-end medical institutions, and university-affiliated hospitals—with a focus on promoting Patient monitoring and life support products, especially anesthesia products. Drive and accelerate new project opportunities for these products to successful deals, and promote national-level collaborations with hospital groups around such product lines.
Explore and develop new customers within the assigned territory for Patient monitoring and life support products (especially anesthesia products), and strengthen the overall sales network for these core lines. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in veterinary medical devices products, with proven experience in selling Patient monitoring and life support products—especially veterinary anesthesia products is preferred.
- Good connections with local chain groups, local veterinary KOLs (preferably those specialized in anesthesia and critical care), key clients and distributors. Those with relationship resources in hospital groups with demands for anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support products are preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of professionally articulating the technical features, clinical applications and value of anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support products.
- Positive and proactive personality, strong strain ability to address complex sales scenarios related to professional medical devices like anesthesia products.
- Open to domestic and international business travels for key account development, product training and promotional activities around anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support lines.
