An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is seeking an MRICS Valuer to undertake a mixture of residential and commercial valuation work across Berkshire.
The role offers a flexible self-employed consultancy arrangement with a consistent flow of work and the freedom to manage your own diary.
The opportunity
- Approximately 80% residential valuation work and 20% commercial valuation work.
- Full weekly diary provided.
- 50/50 fee split with weekly payments via your Ltd company.
- Freedom to accept or decline instructions.
- Access to Rightmove and all required industry subscriptions.
- Typing support available (approximately £40 per day).
Earnings
- Average residential fee approximately £1,400.
- Minimum residential fee approximately £750.
- Minimum commercial fee approximately £1,750.
- Six-figure earnings are achievable depending on your availability and working arrangement, with top-performing consultants earning up to approximately £200,000 per annum.
- The Directors are happy to discuss realistic earning expectations.
Who we're looking for
- MRICS qualified Valuer.
- Residential valuation experience.
- Commercial valuation experience would be advantageous.
