We’re looking for an experienced Band 8a Psychologist to join a well-established service in Uxbridge on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled psychologist seeking a stable role where they can make a meaningful difference while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role:
- Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention
- Manage a complex caseload and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to support patient outcomes
- Offer clinical leadership and specialist advice within the service
- Contribute to service development, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- HCPC-registered Psychologist
- Previous experience working at Band 8a level or equivalent
- Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills
- Experience managing complex clinical presentations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary working skills
