Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patients progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Completion of NHS mandatory training.
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
