This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and helping people. You'll play a key role in supporting colleagues through the visa and sponsorship process, ensuring they receive a seamless experience while helping us maintain the highest standards of immigration compliance.

Whether you already have immigration experience or are looking to build on a strong administration or People Services background, we'd love to hear from you. Within 12 months, this role will evolve into the wider People Operations Shared Services function and expose you to wider People/HR Operational processes.

  • Supporting end-to-end sponsorship and Skilled Worker visa administration
  • Preparing and managing immigration documentation with exceptional accuracy
  • Maintaining audit-ready records and ensuring Home Office compliance
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, practice owners and external immigration advisers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, simplify administration and enhance colleague experience
  • Providing reporting, tracking and insights to support effective workforce planning
