They are seeking an experienced Estate Agent with valuing and management skills to join their expanding team in St Ives.
The Senior Valuer/Assistant Manager Package:
- Basic Salary up to £30,000pa (depending on experience)
OTE up to £50,000paMonday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, Saturday, 1 in 2 rota 09:00 – 14:0022 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeOpportunity for significant career development
Senior Sales Valuer/Assistant Manager requirements:
- MUST have a min of 2 years previous experience within Estate Agency
Proven track record in valuing propertya background in managing people within an Estate Agency environmentHave excellent administration and organisation skillsThe candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivatedA strong team playerA professional, friendly telephone manner is keyThe candidate will be looking for a long-term careerThe opportunity for progression to obtain (funded) professional qualifications.A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essentialResponsibilities and Duties:Engage with potential buyers to ascertain their requirementsValuer and instruct properties to the marketAssist the Manager is managing and motivating the teamOrganise viewings and accompany buyers on viewingsNegotiate and agree offersEnter correct details relating to properties, vendors and buyers in the system. Prepare brochures with photos and excellent written descriptions.Keep records, computerised and manual, up to date and available to other members of staffProvide excellent customer service to all parties.Carry out ad hoc other duties as may be required from time to time.
