What you will do:
- Ensure children placed in foster care are well protected and foster carers understand their roles fully.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with foster carers and the children in their care.
- Supervise a caseload of foster carers, providing assessments and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- Engage in direct work with children to understand their experiences within the placement.
