<p><strong>THE COMPANY </strong> </p> <p>Artemis is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in West Sussex. Due to rapid client expansion and the introduction of new channel partners, we urgently need a new SEO superstar to join our fantastic team. </p> <p>For 20 years, we have focused on ensuring our clients continuously increase the leads and revenue generated from their websites. We re on a mission to meet and exceed client expectations by consistently delivering outstanding results, reflected in our industry-leading client retention rates. </p> <p>We want our talent to grow with us, so you will get to work with industry-leading tools and have ample opportunities for professional development to grow your capabilities. </p> <p>We are very proud to have been recently awarded The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Award for a Small Organisation. </p> <p><strong>THE ROLE </strong> </p> <p>As an SEO Executive, you ll work closely with our SEO team to develop and execute innovative organic search strategies for our clients. </p> <p>Within this role, you will bring together a range of skillsets including Local SEO, On-Page Optimisation, Technical SEO, and CRO to boost our clients online visibility, traffic, and conversions through organic search. </p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong> </p> <p>Assisting SEO Managers to implement ethical SEO campaigns across our client portfolio. </p> <ul> <li>Monitoring and analysing site performance, ensuring the clients web traffic delivers enquiries/sales of high quality and exceed performance targets. </li> <li>Carrying out competitor and keyword research to identify market gaps and optimisation opportunities. </li> <li>Implementing on-page and off-page optimisation techniques to improve rankings. </li> <li>Carrying technical SEO tasks including CRO audits to identify areas of opportunity for increasing ranking position, organic traffic, and conversions. </li> <li>Keeping up to date with changes within the search industry. </li> </ul> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE </strong> </p> <p>Do you feel a huge sense of achievement when you see the client s traffic and conversion rates soar? That s what we love too seeing our clients online presence further improved by our SEO changes and developments. </p> <p>If you are as passionate as we are about growing an online presence using the best digital marketing ad SEO practices and can demonstrate some (or all) of the skills below, then we would love to hear from you. </p> <ul> <li>Two years working in a marketing agency role. </li> <li>Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager. </li> <li>A good understanding of the search landscape across different devices and search mediums. </li> <li>Knowledge of effective on-page and off-page optimisation techniques. </li> <li>Excellent writing skills with a good command of the English language. </li> <li>Self-motivated and flexible. </li> <li>Team player. </li> <li>Good organisation skills. </li> <li>Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. </li> <li>Able to find innovative approaches to industry challenges. </li> <li>Keeping up to date with changes within the search industry. </li> </ul> <p> Not ticking every box? </p> <p>Don t worry, here at Artemis we promote a culture of learning and development.
