Summary Freedom Professional Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Utility Surveyor.<br><br>The successful candidate would have strong experience undertaking surveys within a variety of industries and locations.<br><br>Knowledge of PAS 128 is essential and the candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in the use of utility detection instruments, location instruments and have the skills to post process the data for production of a detailed utility survey.<br><br>This is a Hybrid role with regular Home, Site and Office work, .<br><br>Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Produce detailed PAS 128 compliant surveys and accurate information on an as required basis for analysis by planners, builders and cartographers Utilise a range of equipment in the execution of PAS 128 compliant surveys, including electromagnetic locators, GPRs, GPS, TS and conventional methods.<br><br>Resolve practical planning and development problems on site.<br><br>Apply rigorous means of verification and validation of information before it is handed over to other professionals.<br><br>Interpret data using record drawings, maps, charts, plans and other related forms of presentation.<br><br>Use of computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information.<br><br>Maintain awareness and develop skills in new and emerging technologies.<br><br>Verify plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.<br><br>Monitor and interpret contract design documents supplied by the client.<br><br>Timely and accurate production of reports in line with project requirements.<br><br>Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.<br><br>General Responsibilities Work collaboratively with project based personnel in the effective execution of project requirements, ensuring strict compliance to quality and safety standards.<br><br>Proactively support the business and other members
