Weβre partnering with a leading global quantitative investment firm to find a Senior Storage Engineer to join their core infrastructure team. In this role, youll work closely with research and trading teams to build and support high-performance, scalable storage systems powering advanced AI/ML and HPC workloads. The environment is fast-paced, deeply technical, and highly collaborative. What weβre looking for: 6 years of experience in large-scale, Linux-based storage systems Deep knowledge of protocols and technologies such as NFS, S3, CEPH, Lustre, GPFS, ROCE, and Infiniband Strong performance tuning and benchmarking skills (storage, network, Linux kernel) Solid experience with DevOps tooling (Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins) Proficiency in Python, Golang, or similar languages Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana Bonus: experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) If youre passionate about high-performance infrastructure and want to work at the intersection of research, trading, and cutting-edge technology, make an application or reach out for a chat!
