We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for ongoing commercial and industrial installation works in the Reading area. The role will involve the installation of various metal containment systems on a large-scale site environment. This is a long-term opportunity with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Duties Will Include:

  • Installation of metal containment systems including:
    • Cable tray
    • Cable basket
    • Ladder rack
    • Trunking
    • Galvanised conduit
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Measuring, cutting and installing containment accurately
  • Supporting first and second fix electrical installations
  • Working safely and efficiently on site
  • Adhering to all health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician within commercial or industrial environments
  • Strong background in metal containment installation
  • ECS/JIB Card required
  • Ability to work independently and from drawings
  • IPAF beneficial
  • SSSTS advantageous but not essential
