Our services span Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development, lifecycle campaign management, design, and platform operations. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-obsessed QA Expert to ensure every customer touchpoint is flawless. Role Overview We’re seeking a meticulous and process-driven QA Expert to oversee the quality assurance of our CRM campaigns and email marketing deliveries. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with specific expertise in email marketing and CRM workflows. You’ll be the final gatekeeper before campaigns go live , ensuring pixel-perfect designs , flawless email flows , and seamless user experiences across platforms . Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end quality assurance testing across eCRM journeys, triggered email campaigns, daily campaigns and platform workflows. Validate campaign logic, audience segmentation, dynamic content rules, and tracking. Review HTML email builds across devices, email clients, and browsers (desktop and mobile) Perform visual, functional, and data integrity checks against briefs and technical specifications Work closely with SFMC developers, CRM project managers, designers, and consultants to ensure quality at every touchpoint. Create and maintain QA checklists , test plans , and regression testing routines. Ensure GDPR and email compliance best practices are adhered to Requirements 4 years of experience in QA, preferably within an eCRM, digital agency, or email marketing environment Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus) Hands-on experience with email testing tools (e.g. Litmus, Email on Acid) Exceptional attention to detail and consistency Familiarity with HTML/CSS and dynamic content logic in emails Proactive, structured, and able to manage QA across multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills Keen eye for UX and content accuracy, ensuring consistent delivery. Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Figma or similar tools for workflow coordination and QA documentation.
