Good hand/eye coordination is definitely required and along with a willingness to learn a variety of roles within the manufacturing environment.<br>Experience in a similar environment or working in shoe repairs or footwear manufacture is essential.<br>Apply with a covering letter explaining why you would be a good fit for the role.
