The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
This is a key role in the Business that will work closely with the UK, Ireland & Sweden FP&A Director, along with the broader business, to provide analytical insights that contribute to the UK, Ireland & Swedenβs success. Reporting into the FP&A Director, this role will support the UK, Ireland & Sweden organisation to deliver key analytical information and make data more accessible, helping the Business to achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, and other operational metrics.
- Provide analytical insights related to clients, including client industry trends, size, product utilization, and payslip volumes.
- Extracting, cleansing, and combining information from multiple data sets.
- Driving upstream process improvements that result in more accurate reporting.
- Training individuals on how to effectively use workbooks, reports, dashboards and any other tools that are developed.
- Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats.
- Continuously monitoring data quality.
- Engage with other departments to develop a deep understanding of their functions and available reporting.
- Support on the preparation of the monthly leadership dashboard reporting, covering financial and operational performance.
- Providing general analytical support to the Finance team & business.
Skills & Experience Required
- Must be a self-starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage.
- Strong IT and mathematical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to maintain clear lines of communication.
- Accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify areas to improve and drive forward efficiencies.
Education & Experience
- Degree educated with strong academics.
- Advanced experience with Excel (Required).
- Power BI developer experience (Required).
- Experience of financial systems (Oracle preferable).
