About the role
As a Planner (32 hours per week), you’ll coordinate both responsive and planned repair activities, ensuring operatives are scheduled efficiently to deliver a high-quality service to customers. You’ll manage and optimise diaries, prioritising work based on urgency, availability and location, while keeping appointments on track and within agreed timescales. This is a part-time position of 32 hours per week, worked across Tuesday to Friday.
Working closely with operatives, supervisors and customer teams, you’ll act as a central point of contact - keeping repairs on track, managing changes and any outstanding work, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are key to delivering an efficient, customer-focused service every day.

You’ll bring:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience of diary management or scheduling, ideally within a responsive repairs or service environment
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- The ability to prioritise workloads effectively, balancing urgent repairs, planned work and customer needs
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring appointments and records are accurate and up to date
