Holding a Royal Society of Health Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Pest Management or an earlier equivalent is essential. What the Job Involves As a Pest Control Officer, you will be part of a specialized team providing comprehensive pest control services. Key responsibilities include: Surveying, identifying, and eradicating pests within council housing stock and other council properties. Promoting and servicing pest control contracts to increase service income. Providing technical advice and assistance to senior officers and other council teams on pest control issues. Responding to residential service requests and managing appointments efficiently. Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures in all aspects of pest management.
