Partner - Banking and Finance (Structured Finance and Funds Finance) - Cardiff
Top 100 law firm and Cardiff heavyweight are looking to recruit an experienced structured finance and funds finance Partner into their tier 1 ranked banking and finance team.
This highly reputable and thriving banking and finance team offers advice to banks, financial institutions, and borrowers on various finance areas including acquisition, leveraged, syndicated, property investment, and development finance, as well as renewable energy finance. They provide regional and national guidance across a wide range of sectors such as sport, hospitality & leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate, and the public sector.
They are looking to recruit a 10+ PQE solicitor with experience in banking and finance, specialising in structured finance and/or funds finance transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing clearing banks and institutional lenders
- Advising on banking and finance matters, focusing on structured finance and funds finance transactions
- Leading complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with client policies and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- England and Wales qualified lawyer with 10+ years experience in banking and finance, from a leading regional or national firm
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Proven experience in structured finance and/or funds finance transactions
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and trainees
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
