We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team across the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about quality food, enjoys leading from the front, and is ready to take on a key role within a busy multi-site kitchen operation.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help drive standards, support menu development, and play an important part in the continued growth of our food offering across both hotels. Located on the stunning Paignton seafront, the Mercure Paignton Hotel and ibis Styles Paignton offer one of the most exciting hospitality environments in the area.
