About the role:
As an Operations administrator, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations - bringing teams, systems, and processes together to keep services running smoothly. From raising work orders and scheduling appointments to maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance programmes, you will help ensure that everything runs on time, every time.

- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment, handling queries professionally
