Sales and Events Manager - Nottingham We're looking for a passionate, commercially driven, and community-focused Local Sales & Events Manager to lead the growth of our Bistrot Pierre restaurants across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable events, and delivering exceptional sales results.
Working closely with our General Managers, Group Senior Sales & Events Manager, and Marketing Team, you'll develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies that drive bookings, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue across the region.
