Regal Care Trading Limited, a well-established provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care, is seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Hawthorn Lodge. About the Role:

As an Activities Coordinator, you will organise and deliver a varied programme of meaningful activities that support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Many of our residents live with dementia, so activities will need to be engaging, inclusive, and adapted to individual abilities and interests.

You will play an important role in helping residents maintain independence, build social connections, and continue enjoying the hobbies and interests that are meaningful to them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering daily activities and events that are stimulating and enjoyable for residents.
  • Organising group activities, entertainment, and seasonal events within the home.
  • Arranging community engagement and outings where appropriate.
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities that support wellbeing and independence.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Maintaining records of activities and resident participation.

About You:
