And dont worry if you haven’t worked in a referral environment already – its not required. We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you take your career to the next level. Youll work alongside our exceptional team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Surgical Veterinary Nurses, and Veterinary Care Assistants, all dedicated to delivering world-class care and customer service to our patients and clients. </p><p> Your main duties will include: </p><ul><li> Providing specialist ward nursing in both our Medicine and Surgical wards. </li><li> Caring for patients within our intensive care unit. </li><li> Working closely with our Specialist and primary veterinary surgeons. </li><li> Supporting our emergency out-of-hours (OOH) team. </li></ul><p><b> The Rota </b></p><p> An example of a typical shift pattern for a 12-week period would look something like this – however, we are open to rota considering a rota to fit around you; </p><p> Week 1 - 7 nights on clinic </p><p> Week 2 - Off </p><p> Week 3 - Off </p><p> Week 4 - 7 nights on clinic </p><p> Week 5 - Off </p><p> Week 6 – On call Monday-Thursday </p><p> Week 7 - 7 nights </p><p> Week 8 - Off </p><p> Week 9 - Off </p><p> Week 10 - 7 nights on clinic </p><p> Week 11 - Off </p><p> Week 12 - On call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday </p><p> On-call duties are 8 pm-1 am and are paid as part of your total working hours of 29.3 hours (average). </p><p></p><p><b> What You Can Look Forward to When You Join Us: </b></p><p> When you join our team, youll discover a truly supportive and enriching environment.
