Were now looking for an Estates Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team.

About the Estates Maintenance Operative role As one of our Estates Maintenance Operatives, you will cut grass, maintain hedges and plant shrubs and flowers to create attractive landscapes, resolve enquiries from tenants and oversee Health & Safety compliance in everything you do, giving you plenty of variety and responsibility.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week.

About you Experienced in all aspects of grounds maintenance, you will hold a clean current driving licence and be capable of using industrial machinery safely.

Needless to say, you should share our passion for customer service and be self-motivated, well-organised and hardworking, and you will bring excellent interpersonal skills.

A formal Health & Safety qualification would be very useful, as would a trailer towing licence and some pesticide training, but this is by no means essential as we will provide a comprehensive induction.
