Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus out of hours call out on rota basis

Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out on rota basis

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

  • Working in both occupied and unoccupied domestic and commercial premises, undertaking maintenance and repairs services to include:
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults, reporting issues to supervisors
  • Working to standards and health and safety
  • Maintaining tools, plant, equipment and vehicle
  • Maintaining communications with the customer to keep them updated on progress
  • Using PDA to maintain accurate records and take photographs of works

Experience:

  • Must have minimum Level 2 plumbing qualifications and at least 7 years trade experience plus tiling.
  • Must be competent with all aspects of bathroom installation, have the ability to use both a press gun and a pipe freezing kit and be willing to work with rainwater goods when required.
  • Must have good communication and customer service skills and the ability to use a PDA.
  • Must be organised and able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Must have a full driver's license.

This role will be subject to a DBS Clearance.

Salary: £36,145.29 per annum plus benefits and call out premium
