This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established property developer who are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to their development in Musselburgh. You will play a key role in the developments onward success as there are in excess of 90 homes to sell. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Residential Sales or New Homes market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion
- Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints
