Were looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Norwich Schools PFI team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: 40 hours a week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Caretaker, youll be working within the Norwich Schools PFI team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across school sites.
Your day to day will include:
- Carrying out planned and remedial maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, and shower head cleaning
- Liaising with the Facilities Coordinator and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance
- Conducting weekly internal and external building inspections and reporting issues
- Providing hosting services and room setups for meetings
- Supporting with furniture moves, ad hoc tasks, and holiday/sickness cover for caretaking and cleaning staff
