Youll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained.

Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!

What youll do Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales.

This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!

Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.

Youll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done You have A background in property management, but thats not a deal breaker!

Perhaps youve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks?

A can do positive attitude, youre proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
