Location: offices on shore Bucharest, Constanta, Tuzla

Purpose of position:

Start Up Lead Onshore will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Neptun Deep Facilities. Based onshore, the Start-up Lead will oversee the onshore facilities Start Up and associated performance test scopes, providing guidance to the CRO's and Production Supervisors based in the NGMS Natural Gas Metering Station. The Start Up Lead in the NGMS CCR will also liaise with the Offshore Start Up Lead located on the Neptun Alpha Platform during the start-up activities.

The Start Up Lead is responsible for all matters in relation to the hot commissioning of the NGMS facilities and delivery of the associated facilities performance test. The Start Up Lead Onshore will act as technical commissioning/operations focal point for all matters related to Start Up, Hot Commissioning, Well Clean up and Performance Testing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive startup and operations experience in Natural Gas Metering Stations
  • Commissioning Management / Operational roles: with > 15 years of leadership experience
  • Relevant Onshore Oil and Gas operational, commissioning, start up and facilities performance test experience
  • EU Passport or right to work in EU/Romania desirable
