The Property Valuer/Lister Package:

  • Basic Salary £23,000pa
  • Plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
  • Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000pa
  • Car Allowance £2,500 or Company Car
  • 5 days a week, flexible schedule, with some Saturdays (3 on one off!)
  • Holiday Commission, 33 days paid holiday

The Property Valuer/Lister role:

  • Give expert marketing advice to help customers get the best sale price
  • List properties and secure top prices for vendors
  • Stay ahead of market trends, building your reputation as the go-to expert
  • Find new leads and generate business to keep things booming
  • Work closely with your team, matching properties with the perfect buyers
  • Help manage the branch and drive profitability
  • Motivate and inspire your team— help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away

The Property Valuer/Lister Person:
