You'll be responsible for structured cabling and connectivity projects across data centre environments, owning delivery from early stages through to handover. It's less about being on site day-to-day and more about making sure the whole job runs properly.
What You'll Be Doing

- Owning programme, delivery, and coordination across multiple workstreams
- Managing engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Acting as the main client interface for your projects
- Handling reporting, progress updates, and issue management
- Managing variations and supporting commercial delivery
- Identifying risks early and driving solutions
What You'll Need
- Proven experience running data centre connectivity projects
- Background in: Structured cabling (copper & fibre), Data centre environments
- Experience managing programme, delivery, and reporting
- Comfortable dealing with clients and multiple stakeholders
- Strong coordination and organisational skills

- Exposure to hyperscale environments (AWS, Microsoft, Meta etc.)
The Reality
You'll have exposure to commercials but may still be developing full P&L ownership. This is a delivery-led PM role rather than a true programme position.
