Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neuro rehabilitation service in London supporting individuals with brain injury and neurological conditions.
The role involves working within a neurorehabilitation setting, supporting patients with complex neurological and functional needs following brain injury. You will provide specialist assessment and intervention to maximise independence, rehabilitation outcomes, and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Manage a specialist neuro rehabilitation caseload
- Complete functional, cognitive, and neurological assessments
- Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Support patients with activities of daily living and community reintegration
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff where appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- HCPC registration
- Significant experience in occupational therapy, ideally within neuro rehabilitation or brain injury services
- Strong understanding of neurological conditions and rehabilitation pathways
- Ability to manage complex caseloads independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
