Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a number of newly funded Occupational Health Physicians to join our team across London and the Home Counties. What you'll do:

  • Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed the clients occupational health services
  • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, integrating an occupational health offering within client organisations
  • Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
  • Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‐quality service delivery
  • Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‐ups (30 minutes)
  • Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‐making
  • Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support
