A leading Tier 1 MEP contractor is seeking Assistant to Intermediate level MEP Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team on a flagship data centre and major commercial developments in Central London, with hybrid working opportunities available. About the Role:
You will join a high-performing commercial team supporting, reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager with excellent career development and progression opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the commercial management of large-scale MEP packages on hyperscale data centre and commercial projects
- Support with cost reporting, forecasting, valuations, and budget control
- Assist in procurement processes and subcontractor account management
- Help manage variations, payments, and final accounts
- Work closely with project delivery and commercial teams to maximise value and minimise risk
- Gain exposure to technically complex, mission-critical projects within a structured commercial environment
What We're Looking For:
- Assistant to Intermediate level Quantity Surveying experience within the construction or MEP sector
- Previous experience working with a contractor is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within the MEP/data centre sector
- An interest in commercial management and cost control within major projects
- Degree-qualified candidates or individuals currently studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualification are encouraged to apply
