OPEN OUR NEWEST NEW YORK STUDIO
This fall, FACEGYM opens the doors to its newest studio in Tribeca, and we are looking for the leader to make it happen. This is a founding role. You will shape the team, welcome the very first clients through the door, and build a loyal community from the ground up in one of New York's most dynamic neighbourhoods.

THE ROLE
As Studio Manager, you own the Tribeca studio end to end. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, drive revenue and profitability, and create a workplace people are proud to be part of. Because this is a brand-new studio, you will also be the face of FACEGYM in the neighbourhood.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead the launch: Drive the successful opening of the Tribeca studio, ensuring operational readiness and an exceptional client experience from day one.
- Put FACEGYM on the map locally: Through networking, partnerships, outreach and neighbourhood marketing.
- Plan and host launch events: Community activations and member events that drive new client acquisition and membership growth.
- Build and lead the team: Coach and develop a team that consistently delivers against KPI targets.
- Create a positive environment: Where the team feels supported, confident and proud of their work.
- Grow membership and loyalty: Champion the membership program by promoting its benefits and encouraging sign-ups.
- Deliver an exceptional experience: Ensure every workout is delivered to protocol, consistently.
- Run a tight operation: Manage studio inventory and uphold health and safety guidelines.
