Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing independent audiology provider renowned for its clinical excellence, advanced technology, and patient-centred care. This is a full-time opportunity for an ambitious clinician who wants to deliver genuinely high-standard, evidence-based audiology in a modern, well-equipped setting. You'll combine advanced diagnostic and ENT-related work with hearing aid fittings, tinnitus support, wax removal, and some paediatric diagnostics, while building long-term patient relationships in a values-led environment.

The Role

  • Delivering gold-standard hearing care across multiple London sites, including:
    • Adult diagnostic audiology (PTA, tympanometry, speech testing, complex cases)
    • ENT-related testing and report writing
    • Hearing aid fittings using best-practice verification and validation (real-ear measurements, aided speech testing)
    • Tinnitus assessment and management
    • Wax removal
    • Some paediatric diagnostics (advantageous but not essential)
  • Building a loyal caseload through outstanding patient care, follow-up, and reputation (no "hard sell" culture)
  • Working closely with a small expert team, with regular 1:1 support, clinical supervision and development in areas such as vestibular, tinnitus, and advanced diagnostics.

What We're Looking For

  • BSc or MSc Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registered (or eligible)
  • Confident in adult diagnostics and interpreting results accurately
  • Evidence-based approach to hearing aid fitting (including REM / verification)
  • Excellent communication skills and patient-centred mindset
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working to revenue targets, without compromising clinical integrity
  • Willingness to rotate across London clinics as required

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000
  • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
  • Realistic OTE £70,000–£80,000 (higher for top performers)
  • Full-time, stable role in a growing private clinic group
  • Premium London locations (Harley Street, Chelsea and additional sites)
  • High-quality equipment and testing protocols as standard (including real-ear and speech testing)
  • Direct mentoring and structured professional development
  • Opportunity to build a long-term private caseload and career, not just a short-term role

Interview Process

The process is swift and transparent, designed to assess both clinical and cultural fit:

If you're an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser seeking an opportunity to lead a busy clinic within an established independent brand, we'd love to hear from you.
