THE ROLE
As a Trainer, you'll deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts while providing a five-star client experience from consultation through to aftercare. You'll educate clients on skincare and facial fitness, build long-term relationships, and maximise every opportunity to drive retail sales, memberships and client loyalty.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts in line with brand protocols.
- Create exceptional client experiences from consultation through to checkout.
- Recommend workouts, skincare and homecare products tailored to each client's needs.
- Drive retail sales, rebooking's and client retention.
- Meet individual sales targets and studio KPIs.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the studio.
WHO YOU ARE
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified (or equivalent).
- Passionate about skincare, beauty and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for retail and client retention.
- Positive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
