About The Role
We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team of our upcoming new opening in Covent Garden - Zylia!
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group.
This role will have a strong focus on open charcoal grill cooking, so previous experience working with open charcoal grills is essential.
As a successful Chef de Partie at Zylia - Covent Garden, you will
- Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests
- Manage your section like a pro, ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests
- Bring a good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes
- Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations like a champ
- Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
- Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
