eligible.<br><br>Summary Freedom Networks are looking for either LE2 or LE1 Linesman to work in the UKPN area.<br><br>Working as part of a team you will be directly involved in a diversity of challenging overhead line projects constructing and replacing out-dated networks.<br><br>You will also be given the opportunity to develop your career along the way.<br><br>Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: A key part of an Overhead Line team to erect poles, change transformers and carry out any other overhead line work that may be required.<br><br>To construct/maintain/replace overhead electrical networks up to 33kV.<br><br>Carry out all work in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Freedom and its customers.<br><br>To lead by example and safely undertake works as directed.<br><br>To partake in the risk assessment process prior to project commencement and continually review and report changes to your Chargehand.<br><br>To work safely at all times and in line with Company and statutory safety requirements.<br><br>To ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with Company procedures and client/Company distribution safety rules.<br><br>Install and construct overhead electricity networks to relevant construction standards and exacting quality standards.<br><br>To highlight any concerns, unsafe conditions or acts to your line manager.<br><br>To mentor other team members.<br><br>Acquire, maintain and develop own competence in accordance with legislative changes and customer requirements.<br><br>Work as part of a team to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of Freedom’s operations.<br><br>Maintain awareness of and conform to Freedom’s SHEQ policy and issued safety instructions.<br><br>Maintain site safety at all times.<br><br>Conform to all instructions stated in method statements and risk assessments.<br><br>Report any concerns regarding SHEQ to the SHEQ team and your manager.<br><br>Adhere to Freedom’s AIMED and TLC values.<br><br>Complete all work to high standards.<br><br>Maintain in good working order issued vehicles, tools and equipment
