The

Role: This role reports into the Tax Partner and has 2 direct reports.

The role oversees the timely and effective completion of tax projects such as corporate reorganisations, employee share initiatives and incorporations.

You would implement strategies to reduce tax liabilities whilst identifying further tax mitigation opportunities.

You would also be responsible for developing detailed project plans with clear timelines & deliverables whilst also reviewing the work of other members of the team and supporting their development.

What are we looking for?You will ideally be CTA qualified You will possess a high level of expertise in all relevant direct taxes including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp taxes, Inheritance Tax and Employment Tax What are they offering?A competitive salary of up to £90k Company car or car allowance option (after qualifying period in the role).
