Job Description Are you passionate about developing people and improving standards of care?

Do you have experience in Health and Social Care and enjoy supporting others to reach their full potential?We are looking for a Part-Time Learning & Development Facilitator to join a well-established and growing group of care agencies across Cornwall and Devon.

Competitive pay of £14.90 per hour.

Flexible base location across Cornwall and Devon.

Part-time hours offering a great work-life balance.

Ongoing professional development opportunities.

What youll be doing Working closely with the Training Manager, you will: Deliver mandatory and core training programmes to care staff.

Assist in developing and updating training materials in line with best practice.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Record training outcomes and maintain accurate training records and matrices.

Provide constructive feedback and issue training certificates.

Deputise for the Training Manager when required.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Complete one double-handed care shift every three months to maintain practical knowledge and skills.

Experience working within the Health and Social Care sector.

Flexible and adaptable approach.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.
