Myn is currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join high-performing Children's Services teams within a progressive local authority. The Opportunity:
- You will manage a complex and varied Children & Families caseload, delivering high-quality statutory social work interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and statutory reviews
- Managing safeguarding and care planning processes
- Preparing welfare reports and attending court where required
- Working directly with children and families to achieve positive change
- Building effective multi-agency partnerships
- Promoting the voice of children in all decision-making
- Delivering creative and outcome-focused intervention
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, Degree in Social Work or equivalent)
- Completed ASYE
- Registered with the HCPC
- Post-qualified UK statutory children's social work experience
- Strong safeguarding, assessment and care planning knowledge
- Excellent communication and partnership working skills
- A resilient, compassionate and child-centred approach
