Role Conditions:

  • Competitive salary

About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a B1 Licensed Engineer to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft maintenance in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
  • Troubleshoot, inspect and resolve mechanical and structural issues across airframe and powerplant systems
  • Certify aircraft maintenance tasks within the scope of licence authorisations
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance documentation and aircraft technical logs
  • Work collaboratively with other Engineers, Technicians and support teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
  • Monitor and ensure availability of tools, equipment and parts required for maintenance tasks
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to Junior Engineers and Technicians as required
  • Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery operations when needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • UK CAA B1 license holder
  • Ideally type rated on the Dash 8 or other aircraft types (type courses provided if required)
  • Right to work in the UK
