Eton Bridge Partners are supporting a PE backed Financial Services business who operate across the UK and Europe. They are seeking an Interim Treasurer to support on redefining their cash culture.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Flexible but will require travel across UK and Europe (Hybrid working pattern)

Day Rate: £1000-£1500 outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CFO to instill a cash culture into the local business
  • Working with the CEO to redefine cash
  • Commercial overlay to test the short term forecast and improve cash buffer
  • Getting a better understanding of long term forecasting (12-18 months)
  • Adding commercial rigor and scrutiny around how cash is managed today
  • The treasury function will be under more pressure given cash focus going forward
  • Ability to work with others in regional FP&A function to reinforce cash culture
